  • Are the online lessons live or pre-recorded? All lessons are conducted live.
  • Is it possible to skip a class? Absolutely, you can reschedule a lesson you are unable to attend by providing at least three hours notice and it will not be marked as attended.
  • Is prior knowledge of Spanish required to enroll? Not at all, you can start from scratch.
  • Will I receive feedback on my progress during the online sessions? Rest assured, we also take notes in every class and provide them to you to help reinforce the topics discussed.
  • How do group lessons work? Group lessons cater to individuals with similar objectives and level. You can either join one of our groups or consider forming a group with friends or colleagues to embark on a shared learning experience.
  • What if I am unsure of my Spanish proficiency level? Feel free to schedule a demo lesson, during which we will assess your level by prompting you with questions to activate your prior knowledge.
  • Which device should I use to take my lessons? You have the option to use your smartphone, tablet, or computer, although we recommend using a computer for a more enhanced experience with the learning materials.
