1. Services Offered
We offer live Spanish lessons, including both one-on-one sessions and group classes, conducted via
Zoom. Our lessons are tailored to meet your language learning needs.
2. Booking and Payment
Lesson Scheduling: Sessions must be scheduled in advance through our booking system. Available
time slots are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
Payments: All lessons must be paid for at the time of booking. Payments can be made via credit card,
debit card, PayPal.
Pricing: Pricing for one-on-one and group lessons may vary and is listed on our website. We reserve
the right to change prices at any time but will honor prices at the time of your booking.
3. Cancellation and Refunds
Student Cancellations: You may cancel or reschedule a lesson with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled lesson will not be refunded or
rescheduled.
Instructor Cancellations: In the rare event that the instructor cancels a lesson, it will either be
rescheduled at a mutually convenient time or refunded in full.
Refund Policy: We do not offer refunds for completed lessons. Refunds for unused lessons will be
granted if requested within 30 days of purchase, minus any processing fees.
4. Lesson Conduct
Technology Requirements: You are responsible for ensuring that your device and internet connection
meet the necessary requirements to participate in live lessons.
Code of Conduct: We expect all students to engage respectfully with instructors and fellow students.
Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in termination of services without refund.
Recording of Lessons: Recording of lessons is prohibited unless explicitly agreed upon in writing by
both the student and the instructor.
5. Intellectual Property
All materials provided during lessons, including worksheets, recordings (if applicable), and other
resources, are the intellectual property of spanishonline.club You may use them for personal
educational purposes only. Redistribution or commercial use of these materials without permission is
prohibited.
6. Limitation of Liability
While we strive to provide high-quality lessons, we are not responsible for any technical issues, loss of
learning progress, or other challenges arising from the use of our services. Your participation is at
your own risk.
